Based in the United States, Anam Árann, is a local initiative dedicated to supporting circular fashion and regenerative farming. Through wool restoration practices in collaboration with the small NJ business Carrick Mor, Anam Árann intends to find new homes for secondhand Aran sweaters.

Genuine Sourcing

Anam Árann sources authentic Irish brands and ethically produced knitwear. No knockoffs, or fast fashion. All brands are confirmed to create their sweaters within Ireland without the use of synthetic materials.

Natural Ingredients

Each Aran sweater has been initially manufactured with natural wool, which is breathable, warm, and biodegradable. Each sweater's wool composition is explained clearly in its personal description.

Circular Fashion

The quality of an article of clothing lies in its ability to be worn and re-worn, which is enforced in Anam Árann's restoration and relocation processes. Currently, this initiative is working with local initiatives to propose hands-on, educational events in order to spread awareness for the regenerative causes it stands for.
