Drumard Farm

I keep mainly Charolais sheep and native breed cows. I took over the family farm in 2020 with a mission to restore soil function and health. I am passionate about helping other farmers learn about soil health and changing our food system.

I am a regenerative beef suckler and sheep farm. I also run a worm composting system I sell for seed dressing and biological amendments to soil. 

I no longer use chemicals on the farm. I make good farmyard manure - almost compost! I practice adaptive multi paddock grazing and introducing biodiversity in my pastures. Recently established an orchard on the farm, I keep bees and grow a lot of trees in my wee nursery.
